At Montes Place, we work together, learn together, and grow together. Our collaborative workday offers a supportive and engaging environment where members can contribute their unique talents while developing new skills. Members are invited to choose a work area that aligns with their interests and goals, selecting from Communications, Business, Retail, or Food units. This empowers members to take ownership of their journey while contributing to the daily operations of our vibrant Clubhouse. Through this shared experience, we build a stronger community and help each other achieve personal growth and well-being.
About Monte's Place
Our Mission
Monte's Place is a peer-run non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive, accessible, and peer-driven recovery support services to individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders (SUDs) in Hamilton County, Ohio. The Recovery and Community Empowerment Hub (The Hub) is our central initiative to fulfill this mission.
Vision
The Hub envisions a community where individuals in recovery are empowered to achieve lasting wellness, families are strengthened, and the stigma surrounding SUDs is eliminated. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
